FAQ
Where should I stay? We will be staying at Valentin Imperial and recommend for guests to stay there, as well. However, you're more than welcome to stay elsewhere but transportation to and from wedding can not be guaranteed
What's included in the package? If you book through our travel agent, it includes unlimited food, booze, direct transport to/from hotel & your hotel room.

Is there a hotel block? Yes, we got fantastic rates - check out the "Booking Travel" page.
How long should I stay for? The hotel requires a 3-night minimum stay but you can stay as long as you'd like! At a minimum we recommend being there 12/2-12/5, we will be there from 12/1 - 12/5
When do I need to book by? A $100 deposit is due by 6/1 for each room, the full payment for the room is due by 8/25

Can I stay at another resort? Sure can! You can work with our travel coordinator to find alternative accommodations or book yourself. We do ask guests to stay within 15 minutes of the Villa so we can provide a shuttle to/from the wedding venue.

Getting There
What airport should I fly into? Cancun International Airport - many airlines offer direct flights from major airports.

How do I get to/from Cancun airport? If you book through our travel agent to/from Cancun airport is included in the room rates.

What airline should I book? It's up to you! Southwest and United are big providers of direct flights.

Do I need a passport? YES! If it expires before 7/3/2022, please apply for a new passport ASAP. The State Dept. will likely be backed up so do not wait until last minute to do this!

What if I book but am NOT comfortable traveling closer to the wedding date? Most airlines have flexible cancellation policies and if you cancel your hotel reservation by August 25, you will get a full refund. We also recommend travel insurance to cover all instances.

Can I bring my kids with me? You sure can but the wedding is adults only (16+) so you will need to line up childcare for the wedding day. Our travel agent can help you find another great resort to stay at with the family!

If I stay at another resort can I go to Valentin Imperial for pre/post wedding events? Yes, you can but the resort charges a daily rate that is around the same price of a stay.

What will the weather be like? Typically low/mid 80's during the day and high 60's at night. The ocean is always warm enough to swim!

What should I wear? We ask our guests to dress in cocktail attire; men may wear a linen suit and women can feel free to wear wedges and floral dresses.
